Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a request by e-mail to servizioclienti@quercetti.it, including the following information:

• first and last name;

• e-mail address used to place the order;

• order number;

• a clear statement confirming your intention to withdraw from the purchase;

• the products you wish to return, if only part of the order is concerned.

After submitting your request, you will receive an e-mail confirming that it has been received.

Once your request has been reviewed, our Customer Service team will contact you with instructions for returning the products and information regarding the applicable refund.

Please note that certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for by law.
